Ok, it’s almost Cinco de Mayo which as American’s means it’s time to break out the sombreros. We are inviting a couple friends over, but I have been requested to not go overboard, so I am going small scale for this party. We are having a potluck taco bar and fantastic margaritas of course. I kept coming back to fried ice cream for dessert until I came across this A-M-A-Z-I-N-G idea on Pinterest: piñata cookies!!
